Spent 5 days (total) with Tier 1 & 2 Microsoft Tech Support. I have their Assure Plan. Internet Explorer 11 would not load. All techs in India; 1 Philippines. Ran virus scans, looked at Start-up menu. Removed McAfee and added Microsoft Security Essentials.... More...
