Terrible customer service

It's not surprising that Category does not have Customer Service option. I'm positive that negative reviews would overwhelm all the rest. On June 30 2014, I suffered a most terrible customer service from Microsoft 's out-sourced Customer Service Center (in Mumbai, I presume based on accents). Microsoft failed to email us a receipt for credit card purchase on July 8 2014. Since we need every single receipt to reconcile out office credit card, I phoned Microsoft in order to get the receipt emailed to us. What was supposed to be a quick routine, turned into over an hour long struggle to get the said receipt. Without going into details that included some ridiculous email delay and code reading, it seemed at one point that receipt will never arrive to Canadian email address, while CSR refuted other options such as fax (which would be doable if help was situated in Canada). So long story short, Microsoft was at fault since they didn't sent the receipt on July 08, while not solving the problem even after an hour, all the same rejecting any suggestion that I was giving in order to finally get the receipt that they owned me. This was seriously disappointing service from such big and respected company. I hope you guys start doing your job properly cause I don't want to deal with your incompetent staff (or maybe not incompetent but held back by set of widely unhelpful rules of service) ever again.
