    On may 17, 2017 spoke with Ryan Harrison? (tech ) at tech support ( new York??) Claimed to have emailed a $1074 cheque to me. I checked and spoke to him everyday and everyday he swore it had been sent each and everyday until May 21 when he suddenly disappeared. Nothing happened. May 24 spoke with Steven Smith?   • Windows 10 Restart



    Windows 10 is downloading, installing and restarting my computer without my permission and without any notification causing me to lose work almost daily. I've gone into every setting available and everything is set to notify and get permission yet it does not and without any warning and while operating the computer it will start the installation process and in turn kicks you out of anything you're working on and you lose everything because the system does not save.     I ordered an xbox one from MS store on the 8th November, it was delivered to the wrong addres twice, then it was supposedly found and tried to be delivered again to another wrong address and now it has been lost. I have contacted UPS and MS this morning to be told that a case has been opened and i just have to wait.     I have played a game called Spider Solitaire for years. Microsoft 10 is such a super system that wants to track everything I think, type or see but cannot let me run this simple game.     Thanks for your response. Don't they generally handle the shipping costs anyway? So that wouldn't be much less of a discount. At this point I am very much upset at how Microsoft has cheated me and changed the price so suddenly.     Microsoft failed to email receipt for credit card purchase on July 08 2014. In order to reconcile office CC, I needed that receipt so I contacted CS that took over an hour to finally send email to my address.     How do I report a rude Microsoft employee? I purchased Windows 7 Home Premium 4/14/2007 DVD. I have Kaspersky as my anti-virus. I am not computer savvy and live on a fixed income.     Back in 2013 i subscribe to Microsoft Office 365 online monthly program. I use this for like a month and when it was time to renew, i received a email given me the day i needed to renew my scription or be cancel. I did not renew this and yes for 5 months, i was charge for the monthly fee.     Ulta needs to have rules as to what is appropriate conversation with and around customers. My stylist along with her coworkers chastised me after they asked me if I watched porn.     About 3 and a half weeks ago. I tried to purchase downloadable content off a xbox 360 game with a debit card. I tried the transaction multiple times and it didnt go thru everytime.     We needed a replacement piece for the new XBOX and they sent not only that piece but also a complete console. Both the broken item and the console were returned and received by them on 12/19 at their Laredo TX facility.We have the fed ex comfirmation, They then charged my account for $533.93 on 1/1.     Paypal account was authorized to pay $4.99 for microsoft points,Did not know that would keep paypal account open and you would no longer need password authorization to take out more money.
