Charged my Credit Card erroneously months after the fact - xbox one and costomer service


I received an Xbox One for Christmas and the Kinect was broken out of the box. I called to get a replacement and they asked for my credit card number and said they would charge me in 14 days if I didnt return the item. They shipped a new Xbox instead of a Kinect. No problem though I returned the new Xbox and ordered again a Kinect. I recieved the Kinect and returned the bad one with no issues. No contact or anything from XBOX and my wife even kept the shipping reciepts for about two months. Alas, 4 months after the exchange Microsoft charges me for a new Xbox saying they never received mine. I call and the "escalate" me to "Level 3", basically that is someone who will only send one email and you can never talk to. This escalation person said I needed to provide the tracking number of where I shipped the Xbox 4 months earlier. I actually take off work early the very next day and go to the shipping agent and get the tracking number that shows that a J Mendoza in Laredo TX signed for the Xbox 4 months earlier. I send this info to the mysterious Escalation agent who now will not answer any email. I have called but the call center is oblivious to me being out $524, I guess they realize that Microsoft uses this stolen money to pay their employees since the Xbox isnt selling as well as the Playstation. I cannot stand arrogant companies that feel they are above the consumer. They flat have stolen my money and I cannot seem to get it back.
