I purchased windows 10 because I was advised I had to by one of your technical support employees. But I have got windows 7 on my new computer and apparently I can upgrade to windows 10 for free because I already have windows on my new computer. I paid $153.64 for windows 7 and was upgraded to windows 10. I have my purchase number etc, I have the name and employee number also. I also have the product key number. Employee: Dexter: ID Number: 1302562385. I cannot afford to unnecessarily spend money on products I may not need. I trusted in your advice and services.It actually took your services 10 hours over 2 days and 7 gigabytes later which cost me another $80 for them to actually figure out that my laptop was too old to install ANY of the programmes I needed. I am a single mother that made these purchases purely for the fact of study, so your services have already wasted my valuable time. I am definitely not a customer that is satisfied with your services.The dates I contacted your service were 31st of August 2015- spent 5 hours on the phone/net with tech. 1st September- spent another 5 hours on the phone/net with tech. Finally I rang your services on the 2nd of September, and only then did they realise the original laptop was not compatible with any of the programmes I needed. A lot of time has been wasted on my part. I am requesting a full refund. Ive also tried to send this in a personal email as I refuse to explain my story on the phone again but no one will give me an email address. I would have liked to keep this matter private.I appreciate a prompt reply and expertise without time wasted on my part again.
I don't need the product you have sold me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
