Windows 10 Upgrade issues - MS Office Professional 2000

Last year on the last day (July 28, 2016) to obtain the %u2018Free%u2019 windows 10 upgrade I started the horrible task of downloading and installing the new version of windows on 3 of my 5 computers. From there everything went south. I had to install, uninstall and re-install windows 10 on each of my computers trying to get it to work. Because of so many reinstalls Microsoft disabled my MS Office (3 licenses) Professional rendering it worthless even though the fault was with Microsoft bugs and other issues. I was finally able to get Microsoft support to reinstate only one of the 3 licenses but I am still short 2.
I also have 2 full versions of Office 98 that was disabled because of similar problems. Disk 1 became corrupted and unusable and not wanting to install 2 versions of the same Office 98 program on 2 different computers I substituted disk 1 from the 2nd full version of Office in my attempt to install Office on my computer and that%u2019s when I lost the use of both of the 2 full versions of MS Office. I called MS Support for help explaining what happened and was told I should have ordered a replacement disk 1 but Office 98 is no longer supported by MS and disk 1 is not available. The way I count these issues is that I am out 2 full Office 98 versions (1 license for each) and 2 licenses of the 3 license full version of Office 2000 product. That%u2019s a hefty price to pay for trying to do the right thing by not installing the same Office program on multiple computers.
I am requesting Microsoft to restore the still disabled licenses for MS Office 2000 or provide a credit towards the current edition of Office providing it is compatible with Windows 7 professional.
