On may 17, 2017 spoke with Ryan Harrison? (tech ) at tech support ( new York??) Claimed to have emailed a $1074 cheque to me. I checked and spoke to him everyday and everyday he swore it had been sent each and everyday until May 21 when he suddenly disappeared. Nothing happened.
May 24 spoke with Steven Smith? (co-worker?) refused to give me code, who said Ryan was suddenly sick and won,t work and that he was going to clean up mess. Nothing.

May23 spoke to Johnathon ( he said he was payment dept), he says check totals and email had been sent.

May 26 Spoke to Xavier (supervisor), now says money sent by mail and gives tracking # , repeated it twice so no mistake.....which was bogus.

June 9 called Ryan, he will call back. Nothing.
June 10 called for Ryan, will callback. Nothing.
June 13 called, Sam says spoke to Ryan and he will call back in one hour. Nothing.

Called back two hours later now Sam now says Ryan suddenly sick and went home, claims he is a supervisor and he will have Ryan call me in one hour.
During the course of these phone calls they have hung up the phone on me at least 8 to 10 times. Each time they claim they are having issues at their end.
No call. Call back, Sam now says cheque was returned to Microsoft and last Saturday (june11) a new cheque was sent, but the tracking # won,t work today, but he can guarantee it will work tomorrow. LIAR... Another pile of BS from microsoft
