on May 31 I called your system for help with my computer,restore a program
I was refered to your subcontractor Techangeroos Adam, their agent - attempted so solve my problem installed progxrams adware blocker, malware bytes, and cclearner
I was charged for adware blocker $99.99, malware bytes, and ccleaner.
I requested a refund for AdwareBlocker ($99.99) which Idid not receive, they installed cclearner - deleted the clearner program I had on my computer The problem that I wanted I fixed - was not fixed This subcontreactor - is a discrace to Microsoft
Can bearly speak English - and does not follow instructions and abuse customers.
They have the power to enter my computer and are able to do damage which they did
