Microsoft XBOX Live Auto Renew SCAM - Xbox Live
SO they removed the auto renew cancel subscription link so they can keep charging me but the worse part didn't get the service because they suspended my account so I could not use anything. But they said it was because I didn't pay but that's because they did not accept my payment. Not only did I not get the service but I did not get my free games and now I have a overdue balance and cannot use my account because its suspended talk about scam. How dare them suspend my account not let me pay or cancel. Customer service Horrid they did not call in over 48 hours I had to call them. They said it was being fix by higher up but now saying they cannot help me or remove charges or give me the content (my free games with subscription) I'm not paying till I get my content.
