Back in 2013 i subscribe to Microsoft Office 365 online monthly program. I use this for like a month and when it was time to renew, i received a email given me the day i needed to renew my scription or be cancel. I did not renew this and yes for 5 months, i was charge for the monthly fee. Speaking to one of the managers i was told, that i was sign up with the auto payment but yet this email shows that if that true, why would i receive a note saying that i had to renew this. A total of 50 dollars was charge to my card, but yet they telling me i can only get one month back. This is stealing without anyone knowing, and if i never view my credit card acct, they would have continue to charge me not of my knowledge.
