I ordered an xbox one from MS store on the 8th November, it was delivered to the wrong addres twice, then it was supposedly found and tried to be delivered again to another wrong address and now it has been lost. I have contacted UPS and MS this morning to be told that a case has been opened and i just have to wait. I have since been contacted by UPS Escalations to be told that i have been lied to and they never got my parcel back from the 2nd place it was delivered to and that if it is found it will be returned to MS and not myself. Nobody seems to be contacting anyone regarding this and I am having to do all the chasing around. All i want is someone within MS (because apparently its now up to you to deal with) to contact UPS escalations confirm that i dont have it and that regardless i wont be getting it and send me a new one ASAP, i have waited long enough!
